Is one of the most effective methods to develop a consistent yoga practice.

Each student moves independently - working on their own practice - according to the timing of their own breath.

Each student works through their sequence of postures, as they have learned them from their teacher.

Meaning that the room remains a meditative quiet space despite the class being a group experience.

The teacher moves through the room, giving assistance, instruction, and guidance as needed on a one-to-one basis - which is one of the most effective ways to learn.

The practice is shared based on the individual needs of the student.

This is a time slot class, meaning students can arrive quietly at any time between 5:30-7:30am - and the program ends at 8:30 am.
